With changes to the player pathways, we will now have an U16 Girls Developing Player Programme (DPP) in Buckinghamshire.
We want to put into place a robust and exciting programme that provides a great opportunity for all of the girls in the county to develop themselves. We want a programme that everyone can be proud of and one that offers real value to the girls. With all of this in mind, we wanted a great coach to lead this and they do not come much better than Rocky Clark.
Rocky Clark is a true legend of the game and she is the most capped England Rugby player in history. She also has great coaching experience.
We have a great relationship with Rocky already as she has been doing an amazing job with the Bucks County Ladies team and we know she will have a similar impact on our girls in the county.
