Bucks referee Holly Wood has a stella 2023. Not only had she and Emmerson had their first child, Holly was also appointed to officiate her first international. Now Holly has been elevated to the National league match official’s team (NLMOT).
Holly Joins James Dowds who also was promoted to the NLMOT earlier in 2023. That makes two Bucks referees one step below the Professional Game match official team. Bucks Referee’s Society is one of the smallest refereeing societies in the country, so to have two of our referees officiating in the national leagues is amazing. Both James and Holly have got there not by luck, but by hard work and dedication.
